Underpads, are super absorbent pads, typically used to protect the mattress from urine damage. The pad is placed above or below the linens (personal preference) and absorbs leaking liquid. Underpads have become the standard in long term care facilities and hospitals to protect mattresses and furniture from urine damage and reduce linen laundry. While underpads were designed to be used for adult incontinence to protect the mattress, innovators have found alternative uses for these wonderful pads.

Usually under pad have 2 types,one is 5 layer under pad,the other one is 3 layer under pad.Our under pad machine can produce two types of the under pads, one with the tissue paper,also called 5 layer under pad, and another one is without tissue paper,also called 3 layer under pad. So the machine has two sets of the crushers.clients can choose the products style of their own, and using different workplace. What’s more, the product specification is also optional, clients can produce different size of the under pads. Our machine also can be customized according to client’s speed requirement to be produced full servo under pad machine,semi servo under pad machine or frequency mechanic driver under pad machine.
