Step 8 & Step 9：Loading Plan & Machine Packing & Actual Loading Activity
Start to measure the machine to get accurate machine dimension& Pack into Wooden box We will the measure each rack of machine to get accurate dimension(L*W*H).
Then we will make the wooden box according to the machine rack dimension , and pack the machine well. After this process, we will get accurate dimension for each wooden box.
We will mark each wooden box with Number, for example :they will be machine part No. 1, machine part No. 10, machine part No. 12.
The final process that We will use our Loading Plan App, input all the dimension data into App to calculate the total space will be consume, and the order of wooden box loading.
We will have one Loading Plan Report.
It will make the clear record that all these wooden box will be mixed and full fill into different containers. For example: Wooden box No.2+NO.5+NO.6+NO.8 to make first 40HQ full. And 2nd 40HQ will be mixed with different wooden box.
We will make it ready for any kind of activity that we want to make before the actual loading, so we will not have any surprises during loading.
After this, during the actual machine loading, we can make sure that all the parts, all the machine spare parts, accessories has been loaded. We confirm with check list for every part.
So we will not forget to load any kind of parts of the machine. And we can confirm that the Packing list matches with the theoretical loading plan which we have prepared earlier.
